  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • Users are liable for all activities conducted under their account

  • One account per individual/organization

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  •  Users retain ownership of original content uploaded for printing
  •  By submitting content, users grant Clarity Print Management a non-exclusive license to reproduce content for service fulfillment
4.2 Prohibited Content Users may not upload content that:
  • Violates third-party intellectual property rights
  • Contains offensive, obscene, or illegal material
  • Infringes on copyrights or trademarks

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing
  • Service prices are listed on our website
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • All prices are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping
5.2 Payment Terms
  • Payment is required before service completion
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

  • Minor color variations are expected and not grounds for reprint
  • Significant quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Reprints are at the discretion of Clarity Print Management
  • Proof review is the user’s responsibility

Services are provided “as is” without warranties
Clarity Print Management is not liable for:
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Loss of data or business interruption
